Codi Josephson is an artist and small business owner living in Iowa City. Her work (and business) are both informed by her ongoing interest in the history of craft as it relates to women and craft in the context of contemporary art. Codi has an undergraduate degree in studio art from Cornell College and an MA in art education from the University of Iowa. Through the years, she has taught studio art to all ages in a wide variety of contexts, but now, can most often be found teaching sewing, knitting and embroidery classes at her business, Home Ec. Workshop. She joined ArtOffice as a way to reintroduce a daily studio practice into her life..
